If I have to stay...

Liked: The morning front desk staff and the bed was pretty decent.
Disliked: The night staff guy, not only did I have to change rooms because the bathroom lights didn’t work but he moved my room two buildings away. I shouldn’t have to bring my own cleaning supplies is the best way I can describe the cleanliness of the room.

Liked: The rooms were clean the staff was nice the only thing was there was no microwave or fridge so if we bought food we had to make sure we ate it right away.

Mobility Access

Liked: They accommodated me in a main floor room.Due to my mobility concerns. Also, no disability rooms available at the time.
Disliked: No fridge or microwave in room.

Excellent staff.

Liked: No breakfast wasn’t aware of it or offered it.
Disliked: The parking lot drain was plugged the whole parking lot full of water had very bad parking spot.

Convenient location, uncomfortable stay.

Liked: The motel was walking distance from local restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores which made our trip convenient for things that we needed for our stay at the motel. We didn’t speak much with the staff, but they were friendly during the little interaction we did have with them.
Disliked: Our biggest issue with the motel was that the sink was clogged the entire time. Sharing a small room with 3 adults made brushing our teeth and washing our hands disgusting. The shower was tiny with a cloth shower curtain, making water drip onto the floor every time someone showered. We were only given 2 towels when we booked the room for 3 adults, but we were easily able to get more towels from the receptionist. We had to use one towel to dry the floor, and the bathroom always felt wet which made the entire room feel humid. The key card stopped working after 2 days but the receptionist was able to help us out with that. Regardless, it was a bit disconcerting having to go to the receptionist office late at around midnight to deal with that with drug addicts and homeless walking around the premises.
