Disliked: You charged way too much for what I got. I went to book it on expedia at a reasonable rate of $72 but 5 minutes later I went to book the room and it had gone to over $175 for the same room. After I booked it at the crazy price the next day expedia advertised the same room at $72. The rate game is disturbing. Also the coffee was not ready at 7 am. So to me and my partner, you ripped us off big time.

Disliked: They tried double charging me after I got there from Chicago to Portland, Maine. I paid one week in advance. They took the money off my credit card once I got there they said it wasn’t lining up with what they had.. I didn’t take pictures.
