Disliked: My twin sons and I decided to stay 4 nights (till Thurs morning) instead of two nights so the office charged my card a $50 refundable deposit. I went to Walmart at 10 am to get some snacks and cash for the trip home, The boys checked out and waited out front for me to return and we left at 10:45 am on Thursday. On Tuesday Morning when my bank still had not been reimbursed, I called Porterville, the lady said she would call me back after talking to maids at 10am. Sh e did not, so I called again and someone said there was a note saying they are keeping the deposit for smoking weed. Neither twin has smoked anything in their 26 years of life. In March of 2021 I smoked my last cigarette, and I have not smoked pot in over 20 years.

Liked: we woke to use restroom and found roaches. cigarette burns in bedding. drunk people pounding on the door. no hot water. Staff was nice but the room was bad
