My lady has been sick...

Liked: We've stayed here many times most the time it's on Deck but unfortunately advertise with microwave and refrigerator and they were not available in that room also I'm not going to lie we turned in our sheets on the second day along with the blanket and we never did get another blanket they ended up having to give us another round the TV didn't work even though we got it another day and then finally late at night last night they switched rooms for us we felt like they had ignored our small issues but what do you do they wouldn't refund our money we had to take the room but unfortunately we'd like to stay there again one more night I guess we're glutton for punishment but it is so close to where we need to be and we feel kind of like maybe I'll make it up to her somehow today I'm only hoping that you do the right thing by being in charge you have the authority to wave partial fees if not all unfortunately we're down here for medical reasons and her doctor is Right here local to this hotel
Disliked: No refrigerator no microwave as advertise and the TV didn't work for the first 3 days we're hoping now that they'll be able to fix the problem and we can stay there one more night it's all up to you
