It was good for what...

Liked: It was a convenient room for a night. The front desk is open late which is great, the staff were communicative and helpful, and the check in was easy. The room itself was large and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The cleanliness was atrocious; it was obviously not cleaned and hadn’t been for awhile. The bathroom was filthy with dirt and scum lining the sink, toilet, and bathtub (there was a razor from a previous guest on the top ledge of the tub that we’re guessing had been there for some time as microbes were growing from it).

Not located right in Pocatello

Liked: AC unit was very loud and didn’t seem to cool off the room much.
Disliked: There is a restaurant in the same building but is only open for evening hours.

Liked: The location was nice. It was a spacious room. We did not spend much time there. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Stayed here with my family and children. Cleanliness should have been better. The interior outdated. The TV in our room did not work the sink was clogged before hand. Cleaning should have been better before we checked into the room. There was hair in the sheets and things left in drawers and gunk or splattered substance on wall.

Excuse after excuse about issues!

Liked: The punching bag game!
Disliked: Room 124: Had dirty sheets and under mattress of pull out sofa, had empty liquor bottles under bed mattresses, outlets of bed lamps didn’t work, while sleeping heard sounds like someone was in the room. Room 128: (“King Deluxe Suite”) was a standard room. Advertised with pics of a suite. Upon arrival found condom box and wrapper under mattress was told I’d get a 10% discount but I doubt I will. Water from shower head sprayed out everywhere, microwave didn’t work brought it to front desk attention and he made an excuse. Vending machine: only had Pepsi for every option pushed.
