Evening clerk on the other...
Disliked: Tub holder did not work so couldn't take a bath the first evening. Office clerk at check out had an attitude. She was rude and belligerent to everyone! She should NEVER work the front desk of a business if you want repeat business.

Liked: Got charged twice and had to call customer service. My room smelled so much of cigarettes. It was not clean a bar of soap left on the sink and a used towel.

Disliked: Awful treatment. I left my bracelet , watch and jacket in the room and when I called asking for my belongings they said they found only the jacket. I am Sure 100% I left my bracelets and watch but they kept saying no and did not let me talk with any manager.

Why did we stay here
Liked: Are heading in the gut machine the room did not meet the expectations it was supposed to be a double room it was a single room the bed was concaved and you couldn't sleep on it comfortably you couldn't even sleep the noise from the upstairs and all the people walking around was atrocious the swimming pool was covered not working that microwave was not in the room and it was in Spanish so we couldn't use it just couldn't figure out how to turn on even the maids never came my husband had it playing nose and I took him to bedding and they never brought back any bedding it all that day and when I asked the manager he said well we only take care of the rooms every 3 days that's as far as taking your garbage out bringing you towels or anything else they give you one flat towel one flat pillow that there's nothing to it so I had to go get pillows I finally got those on Thursday they never cleaned our room at all they never brought and replaced any of the things in the room it was the most horrible place I've ever stayed in my life and I'm calling the corporate office at motel 6 to get reimbursed for it and I think that booking.com should do something as well because they booked me in a motel that was horrible.
