Motel 6 Pittsburgh - Crafton, Pittsburgh

Liked: Nothing was good about this hotel.
Disliked: Dirty. No comforters on beds. No fitted sheet - just flat sheets. When we called front desk they said "oh sorry we must be out of comforters but we can bring another flat sheet for you". Terrible.

Not a very pleasant place

Liked: The one thing I liked is a helpfulness of the maintenance man who work the weekend that I was there he was very helpful he even bought me a Roku to watch TV even though the Roku didn't work because the TV needed to be programmed.
Disliked: Everything the night staff was very nonchalant she lied about not having rooms when clearly there was so many empty rooms. I wanted a room with a microwave and a mini fridge and she said they were totally booked in every room I went by there was no one in the rooms. There was a stink bug in my bed when I got in the room they transferred me to another room that was more updated but didn't have a working television.

Good

Liked: We had to move to another room because our room didn't have any heat plus the beds didn't have comforters. Which i thought was silly during the winter. Otherwise i was very satisfied with the room.
Disliked: As I mentioned before the beds should have had comforters especially in the winter.

Liked: The maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly.
Disliked: I tried being friendly with the girl at the front desk, and she was rude to me. I heard she's the manager, and while I'm sure she gets a lot of trouble from guests, being the cheapest motel in town, I certainly didn't deserve her attitude. I've never dealt with someone so rude that worked in the hospitality industry.
