Liked: Motel 6 had no room for me when I arrived from Los Angeles and did not offer a reasonable solution so I had to book another room. It sucks to drive 5 hours and no one had the courtesy to call us and tell us they did not have a room for me. I am requesting a refund immediately

Liked: What to get my room quickly. No issues.
Disliked: I got into my room. The floor was not swept, my shower was dirty. You can tell they use just a dry towel to get some of the dirt off of half of the tub, and I didn’t have a night table on the side of my bed.
