If you like springs popping...

Liked: The staff was somewhat friendly. They did changes to another room since we had motorcycles we wanted to park close by them. One of the staff in particular was extremely helpful for her name was Misty she was very nice and very cordial you should have more staff working for you like her. She is an asset to the company.
Disliked: Did not like the bed in room 103 springs were popping through the mattress. And the room was dirty. They didn't even sweep the floor. We came back to the room because we stayed two nights the beds were not made after we requested them being made earlier upon leaving. All that was there were a couple of towels and sheets left in the room everything else was thrown about. If it wasn't for Misty the attendant working there I would say I would never come back to this location. Very dirty unkept location was good need better management except for Misty.

Liked: Messy grounds. Litter and liquid drops not cleaned, for a while. No one at reception counter. She had to do all the other stuff, too. Not managed well. Light over sink was out. Bed made funny: bottom sheet, blanket (not washed often) used as top sheet, then white sheet as bedspread. Floor dirty. Used soap left in tub.

Disliked: Druggies, thugs, prostitutes redressing outside, LOUD music and conversation (yelling, fighting), thin walls, drafty, tissue stuck in the sneak peak of the door on arrival, filthy room, unsafe, the only handicapped room was filled with a hoarder type situation of druggies (door was opened for a moment as I walked by). DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. It is NOT a safe place for children. Steer clear and stick with Holliday Inn for comfort and value. NEVER AGAIN

Liked: Nothing have to reserving the room we went to acquire the room and they wouldn't rent to us because of a $50 overdue bill from previous day so they refused to rent to us at the same time they already had my money and I still haven't got the money back he said it would be refunded but it hasn't shown up on my account yet that's 231 for a lesson to be learned or take for taking a chance on a motel 6 Charles Robinson 480 997 9629
