A Good Place to stay.

Liked: The room was clean and had what we needed for the stay. They had a swimming pool which my son enjoyed. T
Disliked: Wish we could have gotten extra pillows.

Liked: Basic motel. No breakfast. Reasonable price. Older inside. Only a bar of soap no other items. Great location for airport coming and going. Friendly. Would stay again.

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: Oh man. I'm not usually one to complain but wow. It was bad! First off, it was night time and The Motel 6 sign out front wasn't lit and seemed to be broken. The staff was fine, it was a short transaction as I had booked online.The floors in the room were filthy so I wore my socks.The shower curtain had stuff stuck on them, boogers or maybe something even more repulsive. The towels had stains. The bedspread had cigarette holes even though it was a no smoking room. As I was checking the locks on the door for the 3rd time I noticed the peep hole on the door had no glass! Unsettled, I put a sticker over it from my shampoo bottle haha. It was overall just yuck. It was obvious this wasn't in a great part of town on top of it all which I know they can't control but it was sketchy for a single women. The only reason it wasn't a total flop was because it was about 5 minutes from PHX airport.

Liked: I was able to pay for room through booking.com app.
Disliked: Right next to RR tracks-train kept blowing horn.The TV had a blue tint, and it was difficult to watch anything. No fridge or microwave. Wanted to open the window, but there was no screen.Soda machine on accepts coins or bills.

Disliked: Room originally allocated smelled strongly of cigarettes - was kindly changed.2nd room allocated has an adjoining door to another room with no soundproofing, guests talking at loud volumes meaning we were woken up multiple times throughout the night. Trains pass multiple times throughout the night and sound horns loudly which has woken us multiples times.Room was not clean to a good standard.Electrical fittings were dirty and loose in the wallsTV BrokenVery long delay on hot water in the room - 5+ mins of running the showerFlooding towards corner edge of the property.Unfortunately this was the last night of a long trip for us and it has ruined our trip somewhat.Have paid for a room that hasn’t been slept in as we have been unable to sleep.

Decent room but noisy

Liked: A short walk away from a light rail station that connects Downtown Phoenix, Mesa and the airport.
Disliked: It's close to the airport and next to train tracks so you hear every plane and train at night.
