It was perfect!

Liked: All the employees were so super friendly! Will definitely be staying here again!
Disliked: They didn’t clean behind the tv or behind the bed on the floor

Not impressed. Sub standard

Liked: A double is not a queen and with 2 lumpy pillows, not the most restful night sleep. Unable to change tv channel or volume as the buttons were oddly missing from remote...lol. First room assigned was not cleaned. I had to to back to the front desk and get another. The included lobby coffee would have taken the acid of my car battery. When trying to call to make the reservation, no answer, all day no answer. Bring your own hand soap as you will not want to use what's there. Also bring hair conditioner because that's not included either. Beside hearing the cold wind blow through the windows and the smell of smoke in the hallway, at least I did not see any cocroach yo be on the positive side.

Disliked: The room was dirty, the desk had sticky pop on it, sheets were dirty, the shower was plugged and wouldn't drain...so you had to shower I'm a bath.

Horrible due to noise

Liked: Front desk staff very nice, rooms were clean
Disliked: Very loud children running in the halls playing nerf guns until late at night despite calling front desk. Angry parents of these children yelling at the people asking them to quit running and yelling past 10:30. Also, Angry spouses fighting all night in a nearby room regarding an affair the other was having. Kept many other people up with their yelling all night. Scared the kids. Carpets in hallway dirty and disgusting and very worn out, as well as the old carpet on the luggage cart. The cart’s overhead rail was broken and someone tried to fix it with duct tape.
