Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Couldn’t sleep because of all the noise from adjacent room as well as the room above on next floor due to thin walls, etc. I could hear people walking in the next room and going to the bathroom and flushing the toilet, and the room I stayed in was right beside an exit door left open with a stone which when closed banged against the stone! The bed was lopsided in one side which made it hard to centre the body, and floor was cold.

Disliked: Elevators, hallways and common areas weren't very clean

Liked: The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly and so kind and more than willing to accommodate. To me the stay isn’t just about the facilities, it’s also about the staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. There was an ice storm over the weekend. The power had gone out and there was no internet or cell service. The staff handled the state of emergency with grace, smiles and extreme patience. I’ve stayed a couple times and I’ll be staying a hell of a lot more! Thank you for everything staff at the Motel 6!
