Pasadena is a quiet place...

Liked: Room was spacious and met our expectations.Location was good, target hypermarket was close.Staff received our online orders (which is a bonus for the place).Room had the essentials we needed (ex. clothes iron).
Disliked: The sink was not fully clean.We requested from front desk for cleaning the sink but it was ignored.

Worst stay in my life

Liked: It was quiet and pet friendly
Disliked: I had to pay an unexpected $100 deposit which I was not informed of.The room was not very clean and roaches would be on the nightstands and floor and even on the bed. As soon as you shut the lights off. So gross I slept with my booklight on just to keep them away. I even put a towel against the HUGE gap under the door and sprayed hair spray (all I could think of. They still got in. I would not stay there again. I told them I booked through booking.com and there was no mention of a deposit. The staff were so rude I was appalled. The phone in my room did not work so I had to walk to the front to tell the rudest man ever about it and he said maintenance would bring a replacement. NEVER SAW A REPLACEMENT. So....No wake up calls, no towels, nothing unless I went to the front which wasn't close to my room and have my two doggies in tow if I needed anything. Like i said NEVER AGAIN. EVER!!! Whoever worked on Aug 14-16th should be FIRED. Or just let him sit there and pretend to hear anything you say because nothing was done. Fire him. I forgot his name but he was there my whole stay. Lucky me.

all in all I liked...

Liked: I did not have breakfast, I do not think they offered it. The manager patrolled the grounds several times to make sure everything was secure. The room was decent.
Disliked: no refrigerator in my room.
