The room was clean and staff polite. It is not their fault that I experienced an unpleasant night due to a domestic disturbance.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Was no fault of staff. Had a terrible night due to a disturbance of a female late at night yelling obscenities and pounding on the door next to me arguing with her boyfriend to let her in.

Disliked: They asked me for a non-refundable deposit of 30 dollars and on the page it didn't say that I had to go pay those 30 dollars when I arrived at the place

Disliked: The room was next to the office and the staff you could hear them through the wall I suspect it was the same for the staff with the conversation from my room didn't feel private at all

You get what you pay...

Liked: Close to the arena
Disliked: Ice machine wasn't working, only had two pillows which basically was one put together and no shampoo or conditioner just too little bars of soap good thing I always take all that when we go out of town. If you checked in a little earlier they were trying to charge you $30 so never had that happen before with checking in early and when I finally was able to check in I asked if I could have the bottom floor and of course they said they didn't have any so they gave me the top floor basically in the middle of the stairs when I had asked if they could at least put us close to the stairs! Very disappointed will not be staying there again!!
