It was bad before I got to the door of the room. Was asked smoking or non smoking room and requested a non smoking room. The door had damage done to it and when I got the door opened the room and beds were trashed and was hit with the strong smell of smoke. When I went back to the desk she did not sound surprised at all. I even checked in after the scheduled check in time. I even woke up very early so I could leave earlier. Stay away.

Disliked: Arrived for check in and went to our room to find door open. Clerk said it was clean to go ahead in. Once in the room was disgusting. So they had me wait about 30 minutes to clean the room. Then finding out after the fact I was double charged.

Liked: Honestly the only thing I like about this place was that it had a good window veiw to me.
Disliked: I waited for 2 hours for the front desk clerk and while on the phone with reservation trying to get help and into my room i already reserved and paid for i was finally greeted by the front desk worker but not greeted I was litterary hassled, cussed at, threatened, and was very much so intimidated and scared and so was the cs worker from reservations who stayed on the phone to hear everything
