NASTY
Liked: Was just so nasty. Nothing to like
Disliked: Was nasty. Lights kept on blinking on and off. The toilet had a yellow stain or either needed to be clean. The beds were hard as rocks. Floors made the bottom of your feet turn black because they were not clean.

Liked: Location. Friendly staff. Maintenance supervisor, James was great, Ms Lisa Coleman was very helpful. Clerk at check in was very nice
Disliked: Room wasn't clean. Key card was charged out 3 times. Needless to say it was frustrating. Rooms need updating

Liked: The staff was great. The entrance of the hotel was nice and clean, and the coffee was delicious.
Disliked: I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room, it was so strong with a smoke smell. It was all in my clothes. I sprayed and sprayed, but I could not get rid of the smell. When I returned home I had to wash all of my clothes, even the one's that I did not wear. The walls were dirty, and the bathroom doors were dirty. There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom, which I had to stuff a towel in there in fear of something coming through there. The shower head and the faucet was loose on the wall. I did not have a good experience with my room at all.

Disliked: The bed sheets we had were dirty as heck and there were no towels when I requested one they never brought me any.

Crappy and I don’t think...
Liked: Nothing. I circled around for hrs not seeing the motel 6 sign at night. The online services were terrible. I ended up double booking and the motel took my payment toi. I want my refund. I had to bury my son at St Ann’s and my room was never service. There were ants in the bed and when I went to the front desk for clean towels, the gal in micro braids refused to even look. I had to walk back and forth from rm 222 and bring he a dirty towel that was in the room left the night before for me to use… please look at the recording. The gal said there weren’t any then came back with 2 clean sets. She showed no concern or interest in helping me…. I want a full refund and compensation for all of this!!! My name is Janine Richie 346-229-8015…. I work for United airlines and asked for a discounted fare too but the lack of customer care was overbearing.
