Disliked: The noise, the bed was uncomfortable and blanket had cigarette burns in it. The bed squeaked every time u moved.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, on phone and in person. Easy access for me and my dogs. I recently have a temporary injury and my room is right by car and the dog area. I would recommend and will stay again. My room doesn’t smell like pets.

Liked: Facilities were clean and comfortable.Staff was very pleasant.Parking and check-in was easy. Room was clean and warm.
Disliked: Only real critique were the pillows. They're probably overdue for replacement. They've got that old foam smell that kind of lingers and clings to you, and a bit deformed and a bit uncomfortable to use.

Disliked: No coffee available in the room. Heater fan howled like a banshee all the time it was on. Mo Kleenex. Bed was hard as a rock. TV was on the verge of failing.
