Ridiculous!

Disliked: Pretty bad experience.I had a late check-in because I got caught in a snowstorm on the way. Still, I called ahead and confirmed my late arrival with the staff. When I arrived, they greeted me with a smile and everything seemed fine.I asked for a quiet room since I only had a few hours to sleep and wanted to rest after a very exhausting drive. Instead, they put me in a room right above industrial refrigerators that were humming and vibrating underneath me. I had to get out of bed and interrupt my sleep just to go to the front desk and deal with it.In the morning, while I was resting and getting ready, then taking a shower, a towel service worker literally peeked into my window, watching what I was doing in my room, and then knocked, demanding that I hand over the dirty towels—zero privacy. Right after that, the staff started calling and knocking on my door to remind me that I had to check out in 30 minutes.Ridiculous!
