Disliked: BED BUGS. Need I say more. Picked this site because it had an indoor pool. When I asked about why it was closed the lady said it was end of season, although most days are in the high 80 s and 90s. The halls and carpet smelled. The bed spread had many cigarette holes. It also smelled bad. I would have left but I already had problems with my reservation and still not sure if I had to pay twice.

Disliked: Everything we paid for a double bed and it had one bed and then a box spring the room was nasty the staff is rude as crap blankets had burn holes all over them toilet didn't work air conditioner leaked bad

Disliked: Upon arrival room door had issuses, smelled alot of cigarettes. Pool was under maintenance. I was told I could get a refund and when I did agree front desk refused to give me a receipt showing cancelation and refund. She stated I would receive an email but haven't since.

Disliked: There was lack of communication between staff. I called in advance and they told me I can check in after 12am. Got there after 12 over night staff said I can't, told him I got told I can. Then he call my cool at 5am first stating my card wasn't working, then saying they haven't received my information from booking, then he said their system is down! My room door wouldn't close all the way. The mattress was disgusting, they haven't changed it in years. The stairs smelled like piss! They tried to charge me another deposit! Overall this hotel was trash. Not worth your money.
