Disappointing

Liked: The location was easy to access, easy check-in.
Disliked: A pipe under the sink was loose, allowing water to spray all over my feet. The (non-smoking specifically) room reeked of cigarettes, and someone burnt small round holes in the sheet. The key card quit working, and we needed a new one just to check out.

I will never stay again

Not to be crude, but...

Liked: The night clerk was courteous and tried to be helpful
Disliked: The TV didn’t work even after the night clerk came to try it. Cigarette burns on bedspread (nonsmoking room) one lampshade had a tear in it, the hot water was barely warm.
