The worst experience I’ve ever...
Liked: Nothing. It was terrible. The light outside the room was so bright with the curtains closed it still looked like daylight inside. The window was permanently opened an inch but locked so you could hear everything people said and did outside. There was so much dirt and hair on the floor it was disgusting. We needed a blanket because it was chilly and all they could find was a wet one and we had to go get change and dry it ourselves! How is it possible that you could charge me over 100$ for this. I will think twice about ever staying at another motel 6 and certainly never recommend one. I’ve stayed in quite a few and this was by far the worst. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful but could not Carolyn Thomas.
Disliked: Not one thing

Expect Back Pain
Liked: The cost was the cheapest in the area.
Disliked: The first thing I felt when laying down in bed were the springs. Of course I woke up with back pain & still there. Floor was dirty.

Dear Aaron (the manager),
Disliked: Dear Aaron (the manager),I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your property on Monday the 4th thru Monday the 11th . My experience was marred by a series of unprofessional and disrespectful interactions, along with the discovery of bed bugs in my room and the failure of your staff to offer any assistance or compensation. When I reported the bed bug issue, I was not only rushed to vacate the room but also met with highly inappropriate comments from the front desk. As I was ensuring my belongings were packed, I was asked in a condescending tone if I had a "phobia" of cleaning. Such a remark was completely uncalled for and an invasion of my personal matters.Furthermore, during a phone conversation about a extended stay at another Motel 6, you, the manager added to my frustration by saying, “Yeah, I believe that,” in a disrespectful and judgmental manner. This comment was unprofessional, insensitive, and entirely unnecessary.Additionally, I was accused of lying about moving my belongings to another room. The front desk staff skepticism was both insulting and condescending, especially as he followed me to verify my statement. I should not have to justify my actions or endure such mistrust as a paying guest. Especially one that doesn't just get a room for one or two nights I get weekly sometimes 2 week reservations.I was subsequently moved to a neighboring room, which only furthered the risk of spreading bed bugs. I spent much of the night in your laundry room, attempting to decontaminate my belongings, only to be told that I was “hanging out” and asked to leave the laundry room. By this point, I had endured enough disrespect and opted to find alternative accommodations for the night, incurring additional costs and significant inconvenience. At no time was I offered an apology, alternative assistance, or compensation.
