Great location and reasonable rates!

Liked: Easy to find close to food and shopping comfortable beds and friendly staff. Rooms were tidy and the property was well kept. Would definitely stay again. It's 10 minutes from Simmons Arena perfect if your staying for a concert or event.
Disliked: Bathrooms are super small so if you're claustrophobic you may have to leave the bathroom door open if you use the bathroom or take a shower.

Liked: The front desk staff to begin with were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We never heard traffic or sounds from cars outside or from other rooms. Thr motel itself was super easy to find and in an area with stores and restaurants all nearby, some were right around the corner, and some were within a mile or 2. I would definitely stay here again!!
