Horrible

Liked: They gave us key card without the room#. The rooms were filthy I wore my shoes the whole time.The bathroom was disgusting and even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room it reeked of cigarette smoke
Disliked: Tear down the motel and start again

Liked: I like the value of it but of course when you're in the middle of renovations your prices shouldn't be too high
Disliked: The cleanliness. Roaches in the second floor, towels were stained. The staff will knock on the door to remind you of checkout and then knock again 3 minutes later and wait outside the door before checkout time

Liked: I have pics we had no smoke detector the place was a filthy an outside door was broken and wouldn't close a used toilet in the breezeway that's unsanitary it took staff forever to get me checked in not a good experience at all.
Disliked: Everything. The smoke detector hook up was in the wall but no smoke detector was missing we just felt unsafe and felt dirty the shower was filthy so we didn't bother to take a shower I have pictures of everything to prove what I am saying.

Disliked: I had an issue with the front office staff, the motel is having roof replaced. No caution tape up, no areas blocked off, no safety area marked, roofing debris all over the parking lot including roofing nails. 1 of which flatten back tire on my rental car.

Liked: The front office staff working on 9/3, needs a few lessons in customer service, empathy and building maintenance & safety. Having the TV on a timer , shuts off every 45 minutes is lame. Painting crappy repairs with white paint is not fooling anyone. The bedding is cheap . The room was clean, so the cleaning person does their job properly Too bad management & office staff dont.
