Good value, good location

Liked: Good location - we visited frightland and were only 15-20 minutes away from our destination.
Disliked: Through no fault of the establishment, to enter and exit the location is not convenient. Only one entrance / exit.

Disliked: The bathroom was very old and it was very loud late at night and early in morning as a lot of babies were yelling and crying outside our window

Liked: I came here for my daughter's competition. So I liked that this location was 8 minutes away from where my daughter was competing.
Disliked: Room was very clean, but I didn't like that there were no toiletries, except for two small bar soaps. There were no blankets on the beds. It was a very plain simple room for the price. Also, my room was a not smoking room as well the three rooms beside me. But I couldn't get comfortable the first night due to the smoke smell.

Liked: The manager was nice and gave us a refund
Disliked: Our room was infested with cockroaches and we had to move rooms at 1 am cuz we couldn’t receive a refund till the manager was there
