Disliked: King suite was more expensive and smaller than the queen room I had before. First room was dirty, second room was cleaner but still dirty, kitchenette was a table, microwave that barely worked and a fridge that didn’t. New policies took away continental breakfast, coffee and refused to give me a receipt. Heater had two settings freezing cold or boiling hot. Feces stain on shower curtain, blood stains on sheets, cleaners never showed up, wasn’t even a dresser. Pubes on the shower wall

Liked: The room was nice and cozy. We loved that we could just pull up to our room . The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the front end staff.

Liked: The beds are very comfortable, staff is friendly, price is good. Food in restaurant is good
Disliked: We had a lot of flies in our room and the heater only blew out cold air. There was a draft from under the heater. We had to unplug the fridge because it was loud.
