Disliked: Bad hair in beds never replaces towels nor toilet paper laundry breaks down and they don't refund they claim to give discounts for military and don't follow through Stuff is rude does not communicate with mornings and nights got locked out of the room twice due to no communication

Disliked: They do not give military discount was claiming they did but the second time we booked it they gave an another excuse, the room only got cleaned once and the front desk was asked twice and didn't do anything until they read a not that was left and then lock us out of the room because of the note, then was asked to replace the towels daily and that still didn't happen.Then the bed sheets were full of woman hair and there were no woman staying in the room toilet paper was never replaced. Vomit in the stairs, washer and dryer broke and they don't refund.Price was not worth it to me
