Disappointing.

Liked: Person who checked us in was very friendly.
Disliked: Every other worker we encountered was rude. The "fresh" Coffee at 5 am was disgusting and tasted like it had been there all night. Sheets were dirty and stained. Bathroom was awful.

A surprisingly great stay for...

Liked: This was hands-down the best Motel 6 experience I’ve had. The room was clean with fresh sheets, the beds were comfortable, and the location was super convenient. Even the lobby coffee was surprisingly good!
Disliked: The front desk guy wasn’t the friendliest and didn’t give clear instructions, but it wasn’t a huge issue. The bathroom had some staining on the toilet and walls, and the TV was a bit small for the room.
