Liked: It was functional. Toilet seat was loose. Lavatory handle assembly was also loose, both repaired after approaching desk. The sheets and pillow cases had odd discolorations and a hole in sheet as well. One other issue was roach being present in the bathroom.

Disliked: The staff is quick to assume you’re wrong before coming to the conclusion that their equipment failed. As a customer representative you should be welcoming to your customers not hostile. I went to check in and get my room. After that my card key wasn’t working for the door. Shortly after I go back down stairs (no elevator for customers or staff) to check a new key out. Turns out their door scanner wasn’t working. I had to keep sliding the key in and out like crazy just to get into my room. Not only did I bring this to front desk but multiple “management” even after being told I didn’t have to do what I was doing and proved to them I couldn’t get into the room unless I did it. Even with a master key. They seemed to want to throw the blame on operator error till they finally fixed it on day 6 (my last day there). I don’t normally complain but this is not a place I’d ever want to stay again.

Liked: Liked that it was next to the interstate.
Disliked: Everything. Staff was not inviting or friendly when checking in. Our room was not cleaned. All the staff did was remake a dirty bed, no clean sheets or blankets. Pillows were as flat as a piece of paper and stained to the point they were Grey. Not to mention the people doing drugs in the hallway and the entire hotel reeked of Marijuana.
