Liked: location, and price , it was a smoking room
Disliked: there was no phone in the room, batteries were dead in the tv remote, and no coffee maker or ice bucket was in the room nor was there any ash trays in the room for it to be a smoking room and there was also an old used dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod

Disgusting, Fraudulent conduct, hazardous
Disliked: The rooms were disgusting! We were evacuating for hurricane Helene so we were traveling on no sleep and exhausted and things were booked up or I would’ve asked for a refund and left. It was that bad. They also fraudulently charged my mom’s card! I paid for the 2 rooms for my family & my mothers through booking.com. However, when we got to the motel they asked for a card for a $25 security deposit that would only pend on the card & not charge anything. My mom gave hers. They charged her the $25 deposit anddddd for 1 room even though the room itself had been prepaid. Again, no charge was supposed to be made to her card. When she first contacted the motel about the charge the front desk lady said someone would call her back. They did instantly and said her card would be refunded the full amount. It was not. It was only refunded the $25 security hold and not the room charge that should never been applied as the room had already been prepaid through booking. When calling the motel for the second time “Joy” as he claims his name to be argued that booking made the mistake not them even though booking had authorization to charge my card for the two rooms, they did not even receive my moms card info. It was the front desk upon arrival that fraudulently charged her card for the prepaid room! When she gave her card the man at the front said it was only for the $25 security hold! We will be disputing the charge with her card as we have proof we were charged twice for the one room! We will also be contacting the BBB about the fraudulent activity as well as the numerous code violations that were found, such as missing fire safety equipment throughout the room and hotel itself! Could not pay me to stay here again!

Liked: The location and staff
Disliked: That we had to change room due to the tv was not working but then the room we did get the sheets was so nasty and dirty. The confort had holes and cigarettes burn
