Bad

Disliked: I booked an accessible room, they stated they didn't have one. Instead they showed me one that might work. When I saw it wouldn't work I stated I would have to move on, an accessible room suddenly became available. I could only pull straight in and back straight out. It smelled like pot. I was to afraid to pull the covers back I just slept on top of them. I stayed becuase I was exhausted.

Disliked: Room needs updates to make it appear more clean. Refrigerator either needed to be turned up or didn't work. Put our leftovers in it and they were warm the next day and had to throw out the expensive meal leftovers. Towels were beyond thin. Shower curtain spotted with mildew and appeared dirty, but maybe wasn't. Maybe need a waterproof cloth one that can be changed every time like linens. Otherwise. Room was adquate.

Needs repairs and updates

Liked: Room was warm, linens were clean, water was hot
Disliked: Very aged and dated, needs multiple repairs, smoke detector disconnected and exposed wires on the ceiling. The shower appeared clean until I closed the curtain that was very dirty and needed to be replaced! There was a hole in the bathroom door.
