Disliked: They threw away family heirlooms left to daughter and was told a said time for check agreement and they threw away things before well before my daughter came to retrieve the last of her belongings

Disliked: I felt unwelcome and unwanted

Liked: Nothing it was the worst room yet and ive stayed there so many times
Disliked: It had roaches, uncomfortable bed and flat ass pillows

Pleasant

Liked: Lots of room for the fog to run after a long time in the truck. Much better than being in downtown Memphis.
Disliked: No coffee maker or breakfast or suggestions about where to get either. Minimal interaction at front desk. Heater in room was loud and inefficient. You could see light all around the door. No weatherstripping with cold air coming through.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Ice machine didn't work. The lobby staff was pretty much non existent. Not enough parking. They need to fix the ice machine, be able to talk to someone at the front desk would be helpful. The morning time lobby staff could use a little bit of work on the friendlyness.
