Everything is great except Avi/Ari

Liked: The House Keeping staff is super nice, I really want to emphasis that they truly are the sweetest.
Disliked: I think the Front Desk Representative’s name is Avi/Ari, he was nothing but rude! He has spoken to us unkindly at all times, brushed off my significant other when trying to get/drop off our key cards, and has shown nothing but outright disgust towards our 3 year old Autistic son who cannot always control his emotions. His attitude should be addressed and he has HORRIBLE customer service skills. He’s going to get a traveler one day who doesn’t take too kindly to his demeanor and he will also cause a lot of travelers to choose another place to stay.
