Very decent place great staff...

Liked: Well for some strange reason I'm not understanding the way they do things as far as you staying there for more than two or three nights I thought they would automatically come clean your room refresh your towels do your bed but you have to put your name on the list and you have to ask at the desk which makes no sense to me but I guess that's how they do it misunderstanding but after a while things got settled and things were clean and things were done but I noticed as time went on I kept getting bit whenever I was getting bit by I don't know I told management or people out the front desk over there I'll do something about it cuz that's pretty damn dangerous
Disliked: The bottom line is this I got bit on my arm on the inside part of my arm and a couple of nights and a couple of occasions or jump me out of my sleep I'm looking around I don't see anything but it's like what the hell bit me really got to pay attention I don't know if it's in the sheets I don't know if it's in the stuff they use to wash the clothes or wash the beds or wash the bedspreads or the towels but the need to improve on some of these beds cuz some of these beds are very uncomfortable

Liked: I liked my room and my bed. TV does not work.
Disliked: We have to been coming to this hotel yearly in summers. Because of its outdoor swimming pool. It used to be the best one in the region. Summer 2024 we found the pool totally green and in bad shape of care.. Maintenance of Chlorine levels and neutralizers had not been done.The gym is had a paper posted to the door dated from 2020 Covid pandemic... And also now unavailable and full of clutter room.Management tried to make us believe the pool was going to get maintenance but during my 5 day stay, it didn't.
