Bad

It could have been better.

Liked: I liked the fact that I had a place to sleep.
Disliked: I got a room with two double beds and one bed was missing 1 layer of blanket. There was also no outlet conveniently by the beds. The mini fridge was broken because it froze all my water bottle. The walls and roofs are extremely thin so you can the room above you and the next to you. Also after getting out of bed, I would get these huge static shocks. When booking this place they had a gym in the photos and no notifications if renovations so when I got there I was shocked. I also put that my estimated arrival was at 3 and when I got there the cleaning lady was in the room on FaceTime with her family. One more, I went out for a few hours and I left the towels in a laundry bag by the door in hopes of getting some new towels but I didn’t get any when I came back AND I had to carry my heavy groceries with me up and down twice because my key card wasn’t working. I had to ask the lady downstairs what’s wrong with it and she said she deactivated because they thought I was leaving since I left the towels by the door.
