Liked: The room is clean. I like the way they responded to my complain. I like the stay and I will be coming back again. And please I just want a clean shower head this time please.
Disliked: The first room they gave me was clean but the shower head was extremely dirty. I could not see myself taking shower with that so I had to use a new tooth brush to clean it. After cleaning it, it look a little better. The water was not flowing the way it supposed to be so I had to complain about the first room about the shower and the shower head. They move me to another room and the shower head in the second room was dirty and nasty too. I had to clean the shower head again in the second room. I decided not to complain about the second room because the shower was flowing good and there is microwaves in the room. So within my stay in the hotel, I cleaned two shower heads. The stay would have been perfect if they change those shower head. They are old.

Disappointing

Liked: The employees were very nice.
Disliked: I didn't like the person or person(s) who were staying upstairs were making noise by stomping and dropping things all the way into 3am. Also pets were barking during the day and night.

Liked: Good location, rooms clean and comfortable, fair rate. Long stay due to work, single rooms don't have microwave, but there is one in the lobby. Large TV with a variety of channels and fast internet.There is a laundry room but only has 2 washer/dryer on each floor.
