horrible disgusting trappedout dump

Liked: the staff at this place are all very dirty rude snd unprofessional. no oneoffers house keeping at all all the vending machines were broken snd ate our money as well as the washer and dryets were out of order only one workung snd it didnt even work it left our clothes filled with soap fur and hair absolutly disgusting snd the dryer didnt even dr y the clothes fully afzet an hr and half.theroom wasnt clean and even saw cockroach coming out the lights. this was so horrible and by far the worst ive ever seen it. the gm of this place looks like she rolled out ofbed with patterned leggings a oversized tshirthair crazy looking like a straight up bum ...totally disgusted and not to mention she is rude not only to me but also my young children ...she has no customer service skills and has no place being in a postion of gm i honestly cant believe it. she ahould seriously be fired and they should be shit down ....please id like a refund. oh and she lied just to make sure i wouldnt be able to ever come back so i wad put on a dnr permantly ...
