Ill not recommend this company...
Disliked: Hotel or Booking charge me wrong on my credit card on 10/08/24 and until today 11/12/24 I didn't received my refund.I tried get solution many times but they blame each other and don't give to me the solution.Very frustrating expend hours on the phone waiting someone help me more than 8 times traying call.

Liked: Manager ended altercation with check in clerk
Disliked: Altercation with check in clerk because I wasn’t aware you couldn’t have a guest until I arrived at motel we had an altercation because he didn’t wanna give me my room even after I explained to him I still needed the room and would just visit my friend at her home but manager finally came and straighten it out

It was beyond the most...
Liked: I did not like anything I checked in at 4:40 PM and I checked out within an hour because the room was dirty. It had too many roaches in the room and the toilet would not work. I asked for a refund and never got it.
Disliked: I did not like anything about the room. It was dirty, had roaches crawling on the bed the table on the floor. The bathroom toilet did not work. The room had a strong, nasty odor, and it had mold in the room, and I asked for a refund and never got it. I only stayed there for an hour and checked out
