Liked: I liked the location and the accessibility to the motel.
Disliked: 1. No stairs!! A. Elevator broke and there was no stairs so lots of people waiting to get to their floors2. Staff did not know their services and often had contradicting information A. We went for a sport event at SoFi Stadium and staff told us there was a “FREE” shuttle to and from the stadium we just had to wait in the lobby but the shuttle never arrived and the staff later said it was going to be $25 per person. We ended up taking other transportation since it was unclear if there was a shuttle or not at this point. B. No fridge in the room. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room since we had cold items. We ended up having to go to there floors and getting ice and bringing it back to our room to keep stuff cold

Disliked: The staff is rude, I have a temporary driver's license and credit card with me, they did not let me into the hotel, the lady working there came and a gentleman accepted, there were no slippers in the room, we went to ask for shampoo and he said there were none left, I paid $16 for parking for the car, he wanted to pay $29 more for a one-day exit, I regretted it

Helpful people really made it...

Liked: Several staff were particularly helpful and cheerful. - eg Bus driver guy who drove our group olf 5 from and to LAX.Also Tasnia who was particularly helpful at facilitating our group while we were there including arrangements to leave our luggage secure.
Disliked: Spartan aspects - eg no soap in rooms, no in room tea/coffee making facilities
