Bring your own hairdryer and iron. I would rate it two and a half stars.

Liked: Good bedding, microwave, fridge, laminate flooring. Quiet after 10 pm.Fairly clean inside and outside, but can be improved. Short drive to beachfront.
Disliked: Location in a very commercial area, but eateries nearby. Wouldn't walk around at night. Needs larger storage unit with added counter space. Add drip or keurig style coffee maker.

Bad

It's a Motel 6, Don't...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Got a good night's sleep. Check-in was a breeze. The female employee was kind and professional. There are some eating places within walking distance, but I don't recommend walking around after the sun sets.
Disliked: A man knocked on my door and asked if I had checked in, what time, and my last name. He didn't identify himself. Walking away, he was swearing. It was very unprofessional if he were an employee. There was a hair in the sink and a couple of dead cockroaches in the bathroom. I traveled with Lysol wipes and was glad I had them.

Liked: Not a damn thing. That’s why it’s blank
Disliked: For a $159.00, this place is unsafe and nasty. There was blood all over the mattress. Then there was hookers and men coming in and out. Then guess what come crawling out, a baby cockroach so you where his parents? Hmm he didn’t make him self, so there are definitely more and I have pictures. The guy inside was nice and whatnot but that place is not it.

Disliked: I didn't like that the cleaning staff didn't want to clean up the room. I had to ask numerous times and they still didn't do it.

Liked: Staff is friendly . Property is clean. Rooms are decent. Rate was wonderful considering I booked 8 months in advance for a festival ! The noise level is a bit overwhelming as most people in hotels sleep between 1am and 7am.
