Disliked: I requested a downstairs room with a refrigerator for medication. I was given a downstairs room but no refrigerator. The entire trip the ice maker for the entire complex did not work. One of the 2 beds did not have any blankets. Good thing I always travel with extra blankets.

Liked: Already my checking was OK. I got to the room. Had some work after that. I got ready for the bed tried to turn on the heating temperature control and there was no heat when I called the front desk. Send some blankets nobody came the whole night. I could not sleep it was so cold, and there was no help from the hotel
