We had to take the lid off the commode to flush it; the shower was cracked and dirty and we sprayed the mattress with bed bug spray because we were concerned.

Disliked: The handicap bathroom toilet is needed. Please replace with a higher toilet. You should have had 2 chairs in the room.

Disliked: Our toilet leaked n staff just put a towel under it. Our room keys were deactivated before we even checked out or loaded up. Window was cracked n held together with scotch tape
