Refund refused. Threats. Bugs. Unsafe.

Liked: There were cockroaches in my room. The sink did not work. The toilet did not flush. They didn't enforce animal leash laws. The vending machines are all broken. They don't provide the advertised food and drinks for sale in office. The manager threatened me for making a complaint. The kicked me out after I paid for my room because the sink was broken and they refused to fix it or move me rooms. Then refused to refund my money.
Disliked: It was horrible. Everything was awful.

Liked: No breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Location ok
Disliked: Had to change rooms 3x before they found a room with a refrigerator which is what we paid for. Smoke detector was beeping, tv didn't work, cock roaches everywhere. A big dog off leash running around.
