All rooms showing on the...

Disliked: I booked a room to show up & them telling me they don't have any rooms available, the rooms they do have are dirty & weren't getting clean until the following day. Okay, cool, maybe a glitch or something else on the booking app, but now I'm not getting a refund... how does that make any sense....

Liked: Good ac, location, and cost.
Disliked: Elevator wasn’t functioning and the pillows are way too small. Staff at check in good be a little more professional.
