Disliked: Thin walls; could hear neighbor’s voices, tv, barking dogs

Disliked: Smelt, bathrooms were gross, loud, uncomfortable / i felt scared someone was gonna break in the entire night.

Unprofessional, untruthful and rude manager

Disliked: The manager at the front desk (Susan) was rude and cancelled my reservation without notifying Booking.com to refund the balance. When booking.com customer service contacted her, she was unkind, unprofessional and hung up on them.

Nice, affordable, and accommodating to...

Liked: Convenient for my needs, close to the the destinations I needed to go, and I was able to have my dog with me which saved me so much hassle.
Disliked: There were a couple times people had their dogs loose and that was kind of scary. Also in the website it had stated that as long as our dogs were in the kennel and we notified the cleaning staff beforehand we could get service and nobody came the whole time I stayed. Because of my dog, so I had to keep going to the front for my towels and toiletries
