Very poor
Disliked: The rooms need to be updated. The bathroom was not clean. The property was in trouble condition. But the customer service had a great attitude. VERY NICE PERSON.

Bates motel
Liked: This property advertised that it has a pool the pool is covered. I’m certain it was dirty, considering how dirty the Rooms were.
Disliked: There was no pool the rooms were dirty, especially in the bathroom around the wall and around the tub and toilet. The toilet did not flush. The shower was not working you had to take an actual bath and who wants to put their private parts inside at that doesn’t look clean. There were guys standing outside of the hotel that I’m sure it was selling drugs. The hotel is so random down almost looks abandoned. A paint job would do a great service to this property. This property is not kid friendly.
