Worst stay of my entire...

Liked: Nothing!! Horrible management and Rude and Disrespectful Receptionist. My room door didn’t close all the way at the bottom!
Disliked: . The night worker was very rude. He refused to switch me to another room when I told him I wasn’t satisfied with the nasty disgusting room he put me in. He told me to wait 10min to make sure the a/c and tv work. Which I did and within those 10min I notice poop was on the doors and walls, as well as the shower water not heating up. I called the front desk and ask to be switched to another room he told me that give him 5 minutes and he will switch me to another room. 5 minutes goes by and he comes to my room telling me that nothing is wrong with the water temperature and that he will not be switching me to another room bc I waited over 30min to call the front desk. Which was a lie because I wasn’t even there 30min! He refused to give me another room and very rude and disrespectful. I never not once was rude to him or disrespected him. I choose to just try to make the best of it and stay in the room. After I stay in the room for maybe another 5 minutes or so, I go to plug in my flat iron and the electricity pops on me and cuts off the power. I drive to the front desk to explain to the receptionist what happened he starts saying it’s my fault that the power went out that he still won’t be switching me to another room and tells me I have to wait on the maintenance man to go to the room to see if it could be fixed or not. Maintenance man fixes it I still tried to stay in the room even though I went through all that Hell and being that I couldn’t get my refund. But as I was sitting on the bed I seen a roach crawling on my shoes and one in the bathroom. I just decided to pack my things at this point and just leave at 3am in the morning!!! I will never ever stay here again! And I wouldn’t recommend it!!

Disliked: Rooms had odors. Tub/shower was not clean, needed to be deep cleaned. Other occupants were doing drugs in the parking lot. No microwave in the room we had.

Not recommended sorry.

Liked: I like the online pictures of the property which are years old and not recent.
Disliked: Customer service was very poor. I had to pay $2 more at the location after already paying what booking.com charged for the room. Then it took them about 15 minutes to find the reservation and too much back and forth trying to call booking and them calling their manager to get things sorted. Overall poor stay for me.
