Disliked: Reserved a smoking room, but upon arrival there were none available. Pillows were extremely lumpy and hard to get comfortable on. TV selection was subpar.

Liked: The floors were dirty. Missing drawer fronts on the dresser. TV stand was cracked. Missing covers in bathroom light and fan. The mattress was hard and the bed made noises with every move. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Took double payment and didn’t...

Liked: I paid for the hotel. The payment went through. Then my friend was told the payment was on HOLD so ANOTHER 75 was paid and I didn’t get a refund. That’s just wrong. Stephanie Kulwicki. I paid for my friend.
Disliked: The lack of help getting a dang refund.
