Liked: Location, there was laundry, staff was nice
Disliked: Beds were double, not queen. No microwave or refrigirater as booking.com advertised. Staffel said only 3 rooms have and have tried to get booking to fix and won't. We were living here for several days, needed microwave and refrigerator. Had to buy a water pot and instant coffee. Pool was closed.

Disliked: No elevator and no cart to move my stuff from car to rental room. Three trips to car to room. No excuse for not having a cart for luggage, etc

Needs to be shut down!

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING
Disliked: Everything was disgusting!! There was poop on the walls, food splatter on the ceiling, the blankets were heavily soiled, burnt and completely disgusting. The walls look like somebody had lived there for years with dirty hands and never scrubbed them. The floor had muddy animal prints all over it. We were afraid to touch anything. The last straw was when my husband found a human fingernail in the bed in his sheets. It scratched his leg! We complained to the office and he gave us another room and assured us that it would be cleaner. It most definitely was not. The blankets were just as soiled the only difference was it didn't smell like cigarettes. When we were done inspecting the second room that we were given we tried to open the door and realized that we were locked in and were frantically trying to get out for a good 10 minutes before my husband found something to pry the door open with. We then went to the office to complain about that room as well and to attempt to get our money back and go somewhere much cleaner. He denied to reimburse our money and forced us to stay at his disgusting motel. We didn't have the money to go somewhere else so we were forced to stay. This is absolutely unacceptable and completely disgusting to force people to sleep in. The health department needs to be called on this place. I heard a baby in the back of the office and I seriously hope that that baby is not living in filth like the hotel is.
