Liked: I liked the comfort of the bed and how clean it was inside the rooms and the fact that they gave you an in house laundry facilities.
Disliked: One when you ask the maid not to come and knock everyday because you are sleeping from a late night at work and because there is no do not disturb sign available. Also I am not happy about being charged $25.00 without any communication as what the bill is for and have to call and fine out it’s for dirty bed linens when they don’t provide acceptable furniture to sit or eat on except the bed. I don’t feel it is right to charge guests a fee to clean their bed linens especially without notifying them first of the charge. It should be illegal to charge my debit card after I’ve paid for my stay and did not damage any property or stay past my checkout time.

Liked: The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it was right off the highway and conveniently located when we were driving through late at night and tired. And that the beds were comfortable though not very clean.
Disliked: This hotel was about $20 more than the one we had stayed in a few nights earlier when traveling through the area I figured it was worth the money since it was closer to the interstate and actually had a significantly better rating. I really regret not having just pushed myself and driven the 30 minutes further to Tyler, Texas to the hotel we had stayed in a few nights earlier. I don’t mind an old hotel if it’s clean, but our room was gross. If I hadn’t been so tired, I would’ve packed my kids up and left, also got no sympathies or apology from the checkout staff the next morning. I definitely will not rely on bookings reviews from now on out. I’ll be checking with Google or TripAdvisor.
