We were very disappointed in the overall condition of the room - dirty, nasty towels, TV did not work and the door looked to have been jimmied some time ago.

Liked: The front desk lady was very professional and did her best to correct the missed reservation.
Disliked: Room was dirty and towels were soiled.

Liked: The location was great n staff was very friendly. Good parking lot n close by a convenient store.
Disliked: The fact that I was given a room w chairs, microwave, n mini fridge however the heat/air didn't work so they had me trade room to one that did yet the room where the heat/air worked didn't have any chairs no mini fridge no microwave along with having no trash cans

Liked: Nothing wasn’t clean at all and the rooms had bugs dirty floor covers dirty I couldn’t wait to leave this place the next morning
Disliked: Dirty place it’s not okay for babies the pictures online doesn’t look the same as it do in person it was horrible

Disliked: The room has roaches the linens smelled like urine there's Was not only dirt but mold In the bathroom .Floor throughout were sticky.Towels that were provided were stiff and inadequate The neighbors were loud the customer service was terrible. Sad that a military family already suffering was treated so disrespectfullly after being given wrong information from thep staff. The manager with angry bird brows had a very fake nice attitude and the girls that worked at night were too busy video chatting on a tablet to attend to customers. Also no coffee. Id rather have a colonoscopy than stay here ever again pathetic.

Disliked: Unprofessional staff with a dog running around at check in. Unskilled and need to improve their communication skills with customer. Just a general disregard for customer needs with an abrupt and negative attitude.
