William, Humble, visiting Kauffman Stadium Mon, 25 May 2015

We were very disappointed in the overall condition of the room - dirty, nasty towels, TV did not work and the door looked to have been jimmied some time ago.

Liked: The front desk lady was very professional and did her best to correct the missed reservation.
Disliked: Room was dirty and towels were soiled.

Liked: No breakfast door didn't lock right felt like I was going to get robbed very uncomfortable
Disliked: Cleaned and install updated locks and doors

Liked: It was a place to sleep.
Disliked: No water cups in the room. Was supposed to be a smoking room. No ash trays. The room had cockroaches. We have stayed at several motel 6s and have never seen one this bad.
