Liked: Heat was a problem but the staff gave us a space heater which worked good.
Disliked: After having a hip replacement the toilet was very difficult to use because it was so low

Liked: The price was good and the staff were friendly
Disliked: Reserved smoking room online and then when we arrived was told that it's a non smoking property. Also the rooms looked very dated and old. Bathroom had no lock and the location was less than ideal.

Disliked: Room was in very poor repair, check in staff not helpful at all, arrived one hour early for check in as I indicated on my reservation and was told I would have to wait for the posted check in time, sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting.
