Disappointed

Liked: Foyer was clean & maid service was prompt and came every day. There were no do not disturb signs to allow for posting.
Disliked: The room was not clean when entering. Damages to the door, dried paint on the floor, fleas in carpet, no shampoo or conditioner or hair dryer or phone. Had to ask for phone . Water drainage issue with plug in tub.Interrupted during a shower for installation of an new a/c , unprepared , no fair warning. The facility was under renovations obviously. Staff was kind but offered no resolutions.

Disliked: the room wasn't very clean. all the lamp shades had large, nasty stains on them. There were paint spatters all over the wood floors.The ice machine was a commercial one, not a hotel type. The scoop was left in the ice against OSHA regulations.

Not A Good Bang for...

Liked: Location was good easy on an off the main drag of town. Had microwave an Fridge in room. Was able to park close to room where I could see vehicle at window.
Disliked: The shower faucet dripped, an there was no hot water at shower. There was at sink?!?!?!?! The floor as you walk I to the room is very slick, I almost fell while walking into room as well as in the bathroom too...not sure what the cleaning crew used on it but it was slick in sneakers. A/C worked good to cool room off. Not alot of road noise or riff raff people lurking about outside as is with some motel 6's...I've stayed here before an had a better experience last time than this time...don't think I'll stay here again...will pay the higher rate at one in Cleburne.
