Liked: Very dirty and loud

Absolutely horrifying

Liked: We won’t be staying for breakfast. We are leaving 1st thing in the morning and if it weren’t for the severe weather that we are experiencing, I would have already left. So, NOTHING!
Disliked: Upon arriving I was told that all they had available was a handicapped accessible room. After checking in and getting our key card, we entered the room and I was abruptly stopped by the smell of urine. It reeked, so I went straight back to the front desk to ask if they had any cleaning supplies or something that I could clean with to get rid of the urine smell but she said she didn’t have anything, but she got one of the cleaning people to come and mop the floor again and spray some air freshener. It smelled better and I told them Thank You and continued to unpack our belongings, but within 1 hour going by, urine smell again, really strong. When we turned on the air conditioner it got worse. These little swiffers they are trying to use as mops are not working, just spreading the pee all over the floors. Now I am stuck here having to smell urine, because the weather is predicting tornadoes and severe storm damage (which is why I came here to begin with, to be safer than being in our RV at the campground)and she said she didn’t have another room on the ground floor. I also had to pay an extra 20.00 when arriving, supposed to be refunded upon my checkout. I am appalled that they would even rent this room out due to the smell alone. It is horrible! The TV channels are ALL fuzzy, not clear at all, the window shade will not go up at all because it’s broken, there is no paperwork of any kind telling you where everything is in the motel or even a channel guide. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with these accommodations and hate that I have no choice but to stay here because I can’t afford to leave and pay for a room again someplace else and that the weather is too bad to risk our lives. I won’t be staying here at this motel again, that’s for sure. I have provided photos of the floor that clearly show after the mopping that they are not getting the poop stains off the floor, the TV (fuzzy screen)that we have to watch, the broken window shade & rusted bar behind toilet.

Liked: It was conveniently located, once I found it tucked behind another hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, they welcomed my dogs, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Price was right.

Bad

Firm bed , pay for...

Liked: The room was spacious, looked nice.
Disliked: The beds were to firm and the walls very thin, I got woken up several times by the neighbors during the night. No coffee maker in the room or extra soaps or face cleaners no shower cap. It was somewhere to lay my head after a long day traveling for work in the morning and for what I paid that is what I got.

Liked: Ease of check in
Disliked: Bugs in room. Shade didn't work so room was dark all the time. Not good lighting in the room (missing bulbs and lamps not plugged in). No seating in room. Moved to second room and it smelled like wet dog. Location was surrounded by homeless people.
