Decent for a cheap stay

Liked: Good location. 11 miles from the AT&T stadium. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Starbucks and Walmart are walking distance. Irving mall within driving minutes of property.
Disliked: Was not clean. Two sitting chairs were disgusting. Both chairs were stained from top to bottom. Luckily they had another chair with a table that was leather material and not stained. Old fries were under the telephone. Cigarette burns on the bottom sheet. Mexicans sitting outside the property asking for money to get a hotel. We stayed for 3 days and they were out there every night
